Everyone has a gift.
 
At Gifts with Grace, we believe those gifts are given to us by God. And when we use our gifts to serve others, God is at work changing lives.
 
Our vision is for all women of Logan County to grow spiritually in Christ and achieve their personal and professional goals. We achieve this vision by empowering women through faith, encouragement, compassion and education as they grow personally and spiritually to overcome trauma.
 
Through one-on-one support, our caring mentors use their gifts to bless and strengthen women in need. As a result, our women learn to recognize their gifts and live a life full of God’s blessings.   ​

​​Who We Serve

​Trauma is different for everyone. Whether it’s addiction, incarceration, poverty, human trafficking, or assault, these are forms of trauma many of our women face. Their trauma can be further complicated when they don’t have the support system or navigational know-how to seek support and move forward professionally, personally and spiritually. Gifts with Grace compassionately walks alongside each woman to provide the hope and encouragement she needs to help her succeed in achieving goals uniquely suited just for her.

What We Do

​We work with partner agencies to provide professional, personal, and spiritual development for women who are also receiving necessary treatment from these agencies to help them heal.
  • Through an assessment of needs, our advocates help set up each woman for success.
  • Mentors are carefully selected and matched with each woman to create their own set of personal and professional goals.
  • Courses of action are established, and our mentors encourage each woman every step of their journey.
  • Our mentors may also provide referrals to appropriate agencies to meet the individual needs of each woman.
  • Led by volunteers, we provide weekly Bible studies that focus on the love and compassion of a Savior who provides hope and life, thus allowing each woman the opportunity to grow in her spiritual relationship with Christ.
  • Finally, we provide each woman the opportunity to gain confidence and job readiness skills by creating a variety of artistic gifts in an uplifting and encouraging environment. We believe the creative process provides an avenue for each woman to express the same care and approach she receives through our ministry.
